Sandy – Practice Manager

Sandy is our Office manager and Surgery Scheduler. She has over 35 years of experience in the health care field. She has worked at Hillcrest Hospital for 16 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of patient care. Sandy is involved with all surgical procedure scheduling for Dr. Fedele and can help you with any financing questions that you may have.

Dianne, RN – Patient Care Coordinator

Dianne works alongside Dr. Fedele in the office as our patient care coordinator to ensure every patient’s plan is customized to their unique needs. Her career in the aesthetic medical field began in 2006 and her passion to provide the best patient outcomes remains her priority.  Her extensive experience as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Esthetician allows for a comprehensive approach. 

Dianne  will be following you through your entire experience: Pre-operatively in the office as you learn about our practice and the procedure you choose and Post-operatively caring for you in the office as you go through the healing process. Since Dianne will be with you throughout your entire experience she will be an incredible resource of information for you and can answer any questions you may have along the way.

Additionally, Dianne offers laser treatments for pigmentation and hair removal along with injectable enhancement options to include Botox and Juvederm. She continues to develop her skillset and is currently pursuing an advanced practice license at Kent State University to become a nurse practitioner. Dianne’s interests outside the office and lecture hall include teaching and practicing yoga, vegetable gardening and experimenting with recipes in the kitchen.

Ashley Hennings Schroeder, PA-C – Physician Associate

Ashley is our Physician Associate and works alongside Dr. Fedele both in the office and in the operating room. She earned her Master of Physician Associate Studies from Mount St. Joseph University in her hometown of Cincinnati and brings over five years of combined clinical and surgical experience to our team, including four years dedicated specifically to plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Ashley has extensive knowledge and training in all surgical procedures offered by Dr. Fedele. She remains closely involved with our patients throughout their entire experience, from the perioperative phase through the postoperative healing process. Because Ashley is with you every step of the way, she is an incredible resource for information and can answer any clinical or surgical questions you may have.

In addition to her surgical role, Ashley has two years of experience providing injectable treatments. She brings a comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy and surgical principles to her aesthetic approach, working closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans focused on safety and natural results. To ensure she provides the most advanced care possible, she maintains active memberships in both the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) and the Ohio Academy of Physician Associates (OAPA).

When Ashley isn’t busy assisting Dr. Fedele in the operating room or seeing patients in clinic, she can be found training for marathons, traveling, or reading a good book.

Cindy – Administrative Assistant/Financial Coordinator

Cindy is our Administrative Assistant and Financial Coordinator, with an extensive background in business and finance. She works closely with our Practice Manager to answer all of your financial questions.

Cathy – Receptionist

As our receptionist, Cathy is likely the first person you will talk to or meet from our office. With over 30 year’s experience in the medical field at University Hospitals and Hillcrest Hospital, she will easily guide you through every step of the process. Cathy will get you registered and help you fill out our administrative forms. Cathy also sends out information packets to those inquiring about Dr. Fedele and the procedures he performs from the Internet. Cathy will help you schedule a convenient time to have a private consultation with Dr. Fedele.

Jolie – Receptionist

Jolie is one of our two receptionists; she brings 30 years of medical experience to our office. She will greet you when you call the office, answer your questions, and make your appointments. In addition, she also checks patients out as they leave and other various tasks within the office.
