It consists of a narrowed breast base, underdeveloped breasts, a malpositioned breast crease, enlarged areolae, herniated breast tissue, and breast asymmetry. Procedure

Breast Augmentation

During the procedure, Dr. Fedele will make incisions in discreet locations near the breast. He will create a pocket either above (subglandular placement) or beneath the pectoralis muscle (submuscular placement) and place the implants inside. (3) He will then close the incisions.

Fat Grafting

Fat grafting is a procedure that uses liposuction to take fat from one region of the body and transfer it to the breasts to enhance their appearance. Because of the dual-contouring benefits, many patients choose to take fat from areas such as their abdomen, thighs, or flanks, but Dr. Fedele can remove fat from anywhere he deems appropriate.

He will place a small incision near your desired fat deposits and inject the fat cells with a tumescent fluid to make them easier to remove. He will then insert a cannula through the same incision and move it back and forth to break down the fat and suction it out of the body. (4) The fat will then be processed and reinjected into the breasts using special injection techniques to ensure even and sculpted results.

Breast Lifting

A breast lift is a procedure that removes excess skin from the breasts and elevates their position to improve their size, shape, and symmetry without altering their natural breast volume. (5)

Dr. Fedele will begin by making the incisions, with the exact pattern he uses depending on the severity of your condition and your desired results. After he has accessed your underlying breast structures, he will reposition your breasts to a higher placement before reshaping the breast mound. Your skin will then be redraped, and the excess will be excised.

Recovery

After your procedure, you will need to take several weeks to focus on resting. You may return to deskwork and other nonstrenuous tasks after resting for approximately 1 to 2 weeks. However, you will need to continue refraining from any arduous or high-intensity activities until you have fully recovered or Dr. Fedele clears you to return.

As you heal, it is common to experience some swelling, bruising, and general tenderness around the treated regions. These effects will subside on their own with time, but you may also manage them using medications and plenty of rest. Dr. Fedele will provide you with further instructions after meeting with you in person.
